THE LAUNCH is an on-demand fashion brand, so we only produce the exact number of products sold. This means that our atelier starts producing your order when the order deadline of the product has passed. Therefore, your items will be delivered after approximately 3 weeks. On the product page of the items you can find the exact date of shipment.
After you have purchased your item, we will keep you up to date regarding your order and shipment date.
Please note: we do our best to keep up with your demand, but there is always a possibility that there is a slight delay. In case your order is delayed, we will email you as soon as possible. All parcels within the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL and outside The Netherlands with DHL.
It’s also possible to pick up your package at our office in Amsterdam. In this case, you are not paying any shipping fees. We will let you know when your package is ready and then you are able to pick it up at Tesselschadestraat 12 in Amsterdam.
LOST PACKAGES Unfortunately, some packages get lost in transit. THE LAUNCH is responsible for all packages from our warehouse until they arrive at the customers address. We will always provide you with your products or a full refund. However, there are some official steps we have to take to track your orders.
First, you need to contact the shipping provider.
Most packages usually find its way to the final address in 2 weeks, if this is not the case, please contact us.
