The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform individuals on how The Launch securely collects and processes data so that privacy is maintained. The Launch respects and protects privacy in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws. The reason we use your personal data is because of the contractual agreements between you and The Launch. We use your personal data to manage your online purchases from The Launch, process your orders and returns via our online services and inform you about the delivery status or any problem in relation to the delivery of the items you have ordered. We also use your personal data to manage your payments, to handle complaints and warranty cases for products and to be able to identify you and confirm your address with external partners.

You have the right to delete your account at any time. If you opt to do so, your account will cease to exist and you will be regarded as inactive. We save your personal data if required to do so under statutory regulations or if there is an open dispute.
