DELIVERY TIME

THE LAUNCH is an on-demand fashion brand, so we only produce the exact number of products sold.

This means that our production partners start producing your order after you made a purchase.

Therefore, your items will be delivered after approximately 3 weeks. On the product page of the items you can find information about the production time.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

After you have purchased your item, we will keep you up to date regarding your order and shipment date.

Please note: we do our best to keep up with your demand, but there is always a possibility that there is a slight delay. In case your order is delayed, we will email you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING COST

The shipping costs vary per country. Once you have placed your order, the shipping costs will be calculated. All parcels will be shipped with DHL.

So this doesn’t include the production time. The shipment date can be found on the product page.

Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany

Zone 2:
Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Zone 3:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Norway.
Zone 4:
Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Ireland, Malta, New Zealand, United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping (non-EU countries) may be subject to duties and taxes, which customers are responsible for. Unfortunately THE LAUNCH is unable to predict the exact costs, as this is determined by national tax authorities, and thus different per country. The shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost.

Delivery lead times are estimates only. THE LAUNCH is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. Please note that shipments take longer during sale periods or local holidays, such as Christmas and Black Friday, due to the high-volume shipments at the shipping company.

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, some packages get lost in transit.

THE LAUNCH is responsible for all packages from our warehouse until they arrive at the customers address. We will always provide you with your products or a full refund. However, there are some official steps we have to take to track your orders.

  1. First, you need to contact the shipping provider.
  2. Most packages usually find its way to the final address in 2 weeks, if this is not the case, please contact us.
