THE LAUNCH is an on-demand fashion brand, so we only produce what you have ordered. Nothing more, nothing less.
Every month, we launch a new collection. Every week, we send the quantities to our atelier in The Netherlands. They only produce these quantities. After 3 weeks, you will receive your handmade order.
No, we don’t!
THE LAUNCH is a stockless fashion brand: to minimize waste and the environmental impact we only produce what has been ordered by you.
This means we have no products in stock.
We launch new products every month. If you want us to relaunch a product we dropped in the past, please join the waitlist on the product page. If enough of you join, we might relaunch the product again.
But usually we don’t, so order the products you want now before they are gone.
All the information on sizing & fit can be found in the description of each product, inside the Size & Fit section.
But if you are not sure about your size you can fit our items at our showroom in Amsterdam (with drinks). We have sizes XS, S, M and L available to try on.
THE LAUNCH produces its pieces in The Netherlands at a small atelier. We want to create a better future, so we only produce in a responsible way.
By producing in The Netherlands and working together with refugees, we try to have a positive effect on the climate, people and the economy.
THE LAUNCH offers iDEAL, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Amex, Apple Pay, Bancontact and Sofort as a payment method.

Unfortunately, we are currently not able to change or cancel orders once confirmed. Orders can always be returned according to our return policy.

We currently ship to the following countries:

Your order will be shipped as soon as your product is produced and packed.
Unfortunately, you can not yet choose a delivery date or time. You will receive a track & trace code, so you can track your order.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
The link is active when the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment, which is why the link may not work the minute you receive the shipping confirmation.
Each product page shows the approximate delivery date.
Every week, we send the quantities to our production atelier. Only the quantities that you have ordered. You will get your handmade products in three weeks.
After you have placed your order, we will keep you up to date regarding your order and shipment date.
Please note: we do our best to keep up with your demand, but there is always a possibility that there is a slight delay. In case your order is delayed, we will email you as soon as possible.
The shipping costs vary per country. Once you have placed your order, the shipping costs will be calculated. You can also find an overview of the shipping costs per country here.
International shipping (non-EU countries) may be subject to duties and taxes, which customers are responsible for. Unfortunately THE LAUNCH is unable to predict the exact costs, as this is determined by national tax authorities, and thus different per country. The shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost.
Import charges cannot be refunded by THE LAUNCH if a non-EU customer wishes to return their order.
Not happy with your item? You can always return it.
What is going to happen with the items after I have returned it? After we have checked your product and it is still as new, we can make another girl who joined the waitlist happy with the product.
THE LAUNCH has a 14-day return policy: you have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving your order.
Once we receive the package in our warehouse and your return has been approved, we will release the money back into your account within 14 days of receiving your return. The money will be refunded in the same payment method in which the purchase was made. We make full refund of the products, but customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs paid.

If you received a damaged/faulty product please send a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org of the product showing the issue and forward your receipt and order number. We need this information to process your complaint.
