Not happy with your item?

You can always return it! You are probably wondering, what is going to happen with the items after you have returned it? After we have checked your product and it is still as new, we can make another girl who joined the waitlist happy with the product.

HOW TO RETURN?

THE LAUNCH has a 14-day return policy: you have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving your order.

Note that the product must be unworn, unwashed, unused and repacked in it is original packaging.

THE LAUNCH doesn’t accept items that don’t have the return tag or have been worn, altered or washed.

Shipments costs are for one’s own account.

Once we receive the package in our warehouse and your return has been approved, we will release the money back into your account within 14 days of receiving your return. The money will be refunded in the same payment method in which the purchase was made. We make full refund of the products, but customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs paid.

TO MAKE SURE YOUR RETURN IS PROCESSED CORRECTLY FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
  1. Download the return form and fill it in.
    You cannot print a return form? please make sure you enclose a note with the following details:
    – Name
    – Order number
    – Reason of your return

2. Place the item(s) and the completed return form in the original shipping package.

3. Close the package securely.

If you received a damaged/faulty product please send a picture of the product showing the issue and forward your receipt and order number. We need this information to process your complaint.
