THE WASH GUIDE

1_ ONLY WASH WHEN NEEDED

Don’t wash after one time wearing. Instead, refresh your clothes by hanging them outdoors or using a garment steamer. You not only save water and detergent, but your clothes will also last longer. 

2_ USE A FULL LOAD

Wait until you have a full load of laundry before running the washing machine. This reduces water and energy consumption.

3_ READ THE LABEL

Check the care label for wash instructions. Opt for a 30-degree wash to save energy. The lower the degrees, the better. This also helps preserve the colors and fabrics of your clothing. Make sure to use laundry bags for delicate items to prevent snagging.

4_ AVOID OVERDOSING

Use the recommended amount of detergent, as overdosing can lead to more chemical residues on your clothing and unnecessary waste. And if an option: opt for eco-friendly, biodegradable laundry detergents.

Check the care label for dry instructions. Keep in mind that most items of THE LAUNCH should not be machine-dried. Follow these instructions, so you are sure that you can wear your items for years to come.

When using a dryer (and the care label allows you to), choose a low or no-heat setting to reduce energy usage.
