Note: International shipping (non-EU countries) may be subject to duties and taxes, which customers are responsible for. Unfortunately THE LAUNCH is unable to predict the exact costs, as this is determined by national tax authorities, and thus different per country. The shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost.

If you're ordering from outside the EU, your country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes. This is out of our control and can't be predicted in advance. The carrier will contact you directly if charges apply.

Note: import charges are non-refundable, even if you later return the item.

Delivery is typically 3 to 6 weeks from your order date, depending on the product, since every piece is made on-demand rather than pulled from stock (see "How does on-demand work?" for why). You'll find the exact production time for your item on its product page. Once it ships, transit usually adds another 1-4 business days depending on your location (see "How fast is shipping once my order is dispatched?" below).

Note: this lead time starts from the moment your package is shipped, so it doesn't include production time. You can find the expected shipment date on the product page when you order your item.

Not yet. Your order ships as soon as it's produced and packed. You'll receive a tracking link once it's dispatched (note: the link only activates once the carrier has scanned the parcel, so it may not work immediately).

Unfortunately, some packages get lost in transit.

THE LAUNCH is responsible for all packages from our warehouse until they arrive at the customers address. We will always provide you with your products or a full refund. However, there are some official steps we have to take to track your orders.

1. First, you need to contact the shipping provider.
2. Most packages usually find its way to the final address in 2 weeks, if this is not the case, please contact us.
