Every month we launch a new collection. As soon as you place an order, we start producing your item, nothing is made until it's ordered.

Because each piece is made to order rather than pulled from stock, delivery takes longer than typical fast-fashion brands, usually 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the product. You'll find the exact production time on each product page.

Because good things take time. Once you place an order, it's sent straight to production, where it gets a slot in the atelier's planning. From there, your piece is cut, assembled, checked, ironed and packed, before heading to our distribution center to be shipped to you.

We don't rush pre-made stock off a shelf, every piece goes through these steps specifically for you. That extra time is what lets us avoid overproduction and make beautiful, quality clothing the right way.

THE LAUNCH works with an on-demand production model, which means we only produce pieces that have been ordered by our customers. This helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction and reduce excess inventory.

Our pieces are made to order and are not kept in stock. However, we do occasionally have selected pieces available through our Ready to Ship collection. These items come from customer returns and are carefully checked to make sure they are in perfect condition before becoming available again.

This way, we can give existing pieces a second chance while continuing to produce more consciously.

We aim to keep THE LAUNCH conscious and accessible. Our prices sit in between fast fashion and typical slow-fashion pricing, reasonable for the quality and care that goes into each piece, without the premium price tag some sustainable brands carry.

The main reason our prices sit above fast fashion comes down to how we produce: we make each item one by one, not in batches of hundreds or thousands, which makes our production process naturally less efficient, and therefore more costly. It also takes longer, but that extra time means more care and precision go into every piece, resulting in higher quality. On top of that, all our pieces are made in the EU and Turkey, not in low-wage countries.

We produce in the Netherlands, Romania, Portugal, and Turkey, in ateliers we've hand-picked for their quality standards, environmental impact, and working conditions. Our fabrics are sourced from Portugal, Italy, Turkey, and France, with a growing share of deadstock, recycled, regenerative, and renewable materials.

Our fabrics come from a variety of suppliers, and we always try to source as consciously as possible, think deadstock, organic, or recycled fabrics where we can.

As a growing brand, it isn't always possible to make the most sustainable choice for every single piece, but we're continuously working to make the best decisions we can for the environment. Our aim is to keep moving towards a collection that's as sustainable as it can be, a goal we'll never fully tick off, but one we keep working towards. As THE LAUNCH grows, more options open up to us, and we expect our sourcing to grow right along with it.

Because the fashion industry overproduces massively. An estimated 12% of clothing goes unsold every season. Producing on-demand means we only make what's wanted, cutting overproduction and waste from the start.

At THE LAUNCH, we do not offer fully custom or made-to-measure garments.

Our collections are created around existing designs that are produced on-demand, allowing us to reduce overproduction while creating pieces specifically based on customer demand.

While we cannot create completely new designs or adjust garments to individual measurements, we may be able to accommodate certain requests, such as a different colour or fabric, depending on the style and availability.
