Returns go through our return portal. You'll need your order number and the email address used for the order.

Items should be unworn, with tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging where possible. If you no longer have the original packaging, that's okay, you can use any other suitable packaging instead.

Return shipping costs vary per country. You can find the exact cost for your country in the list below.

If you choose to receive your refund as store credit instead of money back, the return is free and you can use that credit towards a new order.

We don't currently offer exchanges. Since we work with an on-demand model and don't hold stock, we're not able to simply swap your item for a different size or colour. If something doesn't work out, you can return it within our 14-day return policy and place a new order for the size or style you need.

That said, every now and then a different size becomes available through our Ready to Ship collection, from returned items. It's worth checking the product page quickly, if your size happens to be there, you'll receive your item much faster since it skips production altogether.

Returns need to be started within 14 days of receiving your order. After that window, items are no longer eligible for return.

If your order is shipped in more than one parcel, each shipment has its own return window based on its delivery date. Once you're outside your return window, our return portal will no longer show the option to start a return.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we check it and confirm it's approved.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. We refund the full product price. Your initial shipping cost is also refunded, but only if you return your entire order. If you keep part of it, the original shipping cost isn't refunded.

Import duties, if applicable, are not refunded.

We check each return carefully. If it's still in perfect, unworn condition, we put it back online through our Ready to Ship collection, giving it a second life with a new owner instead of letting it go to waste.
