THE LAUNCH has a 14-day return policy: you have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving your order.

All parcels within the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL and outside The Netherlands with DHL. The shipping costs vary per country and can be found here.
It’s also possible to pick up your package at our showroom in Amsterdam. In this case, you are not paying any shipping fees. We will let you know when your package is ready and then you are able to pick it up at Tesselschadestraat 12 in Amsterdam.
